Chicharrons with guacamole step-by-step recipe: Ingredients: 1 kg of brisket 1 large carrot 1 parsley root 1 celery root 1 leek 1 onion, 1 red onion 1 avocado Juice of 1/2 lime 1 large tomato 1 coriander bunch 1 tablespoon of olive oil 0.3 litres of frying oil A couple of bay leaves Salt and pepper Step 1 Slice a kilo of brisket into strips about 3cm thick. Place in a saucepan. Step 2 Cut 1 large carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 celery root and 1 leek into large chunks and add to the brisket. Also add 1 whole onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add a couple of bay leaves. Fill the brisket and vegetables with water and leave to boil over a medium heat for 25 minutes. Step 3. Guacamole Peel and mash 1 avocado with a fork. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime. Finely chop 1 red onion and 1 large tomato and add to the avocado. Crumble the coriander bunch into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix thoroughly. Step 4 Remove the boiled brisket from the broth and pat dry well with paper towels. Step 5 Pour into a saucepan and heat 0.3 litres of frying oil over a medium heat. Be careful with hot oil! The frying temperature should be around 180C. Place the brisket slices in the oil and fry each slice for 5-7 minutes, turning them with tongs. Place on a plate. Dip the chicharrones in guacamole and enjoy as a snack. Bon appetit!

One piece of chicken at a time, place on the ring of peppers and press in a little to make a depression. Step 5 Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. Finely chop 2 onions and sauté over medium heat. Grate 2 medium carrots and add to the onions, stir. Grate 3 pickles and add to the pan. Salt, pepper and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft. Spoon a spoonful of the resulting mixture onto the chicken. Step 6 Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Pour each "bag" on top. Step 7 Grate 100 grams of cheese and sprinkle over each portion. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Step 8 To tie the parchment, take a sheet from two opposite sides diagonally and gently tie the edges. Do the same with the remaining two edges. Place the envelopes on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 180 C for an hour. When ready, take the dishes out of the paper and place on plates. Saute the onion first, then add the garlic and fry the mixture over medium heat. Step 3 Dice 2 medium sized tomatoes and add to the pan with the onion and garlic mixture. Season with half a teaspoon of dried thyme and mix thoroughly. Step 4 Take 300 ml of any broth and pour it into the pan. Next place the chicken legs back in. Add 500ml of any dark beer. Traditional Easter soup from Poland: Zurek step-by-step recipe: Ingredients: A half a kilo of pork rib 300 grams of smoked sausage 1 medium-sized carrot 1 parsley root 1 leek stalk 3 cloves of garlic 3 onions 30 grams of dried mushrooms 150 grams of smoked brisket Eggs - 1 egg per portion 500ml of the bread broth (precooked base for zurek) A couple of bay leaves, a few peas of black pepper Frying oil 1,5 teaspoon of marjoram Salt and pepper Step 1 Coarsely chop half a kilo of pork ribs (approx. 4 pieces). You will also need to cut 150 grams of smoked sausage into large chunks (2-5cm long). Step 2 Cut 1 medium carrot, 1 parsley root 1 leek stalk into 3-4 pieces. Cut half of the celery root into large cubes. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add 3 cloves of garlic. Step 3 Cut 1 onion in half and add to the pot. To make the soup more flavourful, you can use the classic flyhack of this recipe. We advise burning the onions on both sides with a gas burner - this will give the onions a distinctive "smoky" flavour. Step 4 The next ingredient is dried mushrooms. You can take any you like. Add 30 grams of dried mushrooms to the pot. The base for the soup is ready! Add a couple of bay leaves, a few peas of black pepper and half a teaspoon of marjoram for flavour and aroma. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Fill everything with water - it should cover all the ingredients completely. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Step 5 While the soup is cooking, cut 150 grams of smoked brisket into strips and 150 grams of smoked sausage into slices. Finely chop 2 medium sized onions. Pour frying oil into a frying pan and fry all the ingredients for 7 minutes. Step 6 Boil the hard-boiled eggs - you will need one egg for each bowl of soup. Step 7 Back to the soup base! Remove the pot from the heat and drain the stock into a saucepan, and put the meat and vegetables in a separate container. Step 8 Place the contents of the pan (with the onion, sausage and brisket) into the stock. Pour 500ml of the bread broth starter into the resulting mixture. Leave on the hob over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Step 9 While the soup is cooking, take a plate of cooked vegetables and ribs. Finely chop the carrots and separate the meat from the ribs. Add to the contents of the pot, salt and pepper, add a teaspoon of marjoram. Cook for another 5 minutes. Traditional soup from Poland is ready! Pour into plates, add a halved hard-boiled egg. Done! Lay the strips so that the bacon is on top. Use cooking twine to tie the resulting braid at the other end as well. Form a second "braid" - do the same with the remaining strips of sirloin. Step 4 Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. Melt 40 grams of butter. Crush two cloves of garlic with a knife and add to the butter. Add a couple of sprigs of rosemary for flavour. Place the "braids" in a well heated frying pan. Fry on both sides over a medium heat until golden brown. Step 5. Sauce Mix a tablespoon of ketchup with a tablespoon of soya sauce. Add half a teaspoon of smoked paprika and mix thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Step 6. Place the "braids" from the pan into a baking dish. Using a cooking brush, brush each "braid" with the sauce. Put in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, place the dish on a plate. We recommend adding one of our salads to the tenderloin!
