Chicken wings in Coke step-by-step recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 kg of chicken wings

• 50 grams of butter

• 50 grams of soy sauce

• 50 grams of honey

• 20 grams of ketchup

• 20 grams of mustard

• 100 ml of Coca-Cola

• 200 ml of chicken broth

• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

• Frying oil

• Dried garlic

• Salt and pepper

Step 1

Melt 50 grams of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add a little more oil for frying.

Step 2

Take a kilo of chicken wings, cut them in half. Place the wings in the pan with the melted butter. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with dried garlic. Fry on all sides for 7 minutes until golden.

Step 3. Sauce

Mix 50 ml of soya sauce with 50 grammes of honey. Add 20 grams each of ketchup and mustard. Season with salt and pepper, add a teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the wings and stir. Next pour 100 ml of Coca-Cola.

Add 200 ml of chicken broth. Cook under the lid for 25 minutes.
