Private cloud workflow for original cooking content

Fridge Magic Publisher is a proprietary tool owned and operated by Comida de la Nevera. It is used only by the publisher and specifically authorised operators. It is not offered, licensed or sold to the public.

What the tool does

The workflow reads approved source media from Google Drive and publication instructions from Google Sheets. It prepares video packaging in Google Cloud, including titles, descriptions, captions, localisations and thumbnail assets. It can research recent public cooking videos through the official YouTube Data API, prepare an approved publication package, and verify the resulting YouTube state to reduce duplicate or unintended actions.

The tool adds an internal preparation, quality-control and scheduling process around original cooking content. It does not reproduce the YouTube viewing experience, scrape YouTube, sell YouTube API Data or request YouTube passwords.

Google and YouTube access

The tool uses Google OAuth 2.0. Workspace access is limited to Google Drive read access, creation of workflow deliverables in Drive, and the Google Sheets rows needed for publication instructions and results. A separate read-only YouTube permission is used for research. The YouTube management permission is used only for authorised channel functions such as reading channel state, managing approved metadata, captions, thumbnails, playlists, visibility and scheduling, and verifying completion.

Refresh credentials and client configuration are stored in Google Secret Manager. Access tokens are refreshed and used in memory. OAuth credentials are not intentionally written to application logs.

Current availability

Fridge Magic Publisher is a private workflow. YouTube Data API video upload remains disabled until the applicable YouTube API audit is completed. Where necessary, the video upload step is completed in YouTube Studio. No more than one publication is selected for processing per day from the approved content plan.
