Honey Soy Air Fryer Turkey Legs with Cucumber Egg Sauce

What you'll need.

  • 3 turkey legs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp meat seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried garlic
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, separated and grated
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste

How to make it.

  1. Pierce the turkey legs in several places with a knife.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, honey, paprika, meat seasoning, dried garlic and pepper, then coat the turkey.
  3. Place the legs in a roasting bag and air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 1 hour.
  4. Mix the chives, drained grated cucumber, grated egg and Greek yogurt with salt.
  5. Cut open the roasting bag carefully and air fry the turkey for 5 minutes more, then serve with the sauce.

My tips.

Remove excess liquid from the cucumber so the sauce stays thick. Check that the turkey is fully cooked at the thickest part before serving.

Yes. Adjust the time to their size and check for doneness.
