Honey Mustard Chicken with Potatoes

What you'll need.

For the chicken

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the potatoes

  • Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion
  • Dry garlic and mixed peppers
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cheese, grated

How to make it.

  1. Whisk the soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, honey and Worcestershire sauce, coat the chicken and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the potatoes and onion, season with salt, pepper, dry garlic and the pepper mix.
  3. Air fry the potatoes for 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  4. Lay the chicken on top and cook for 15 more minutes.
  5. Add the grated cheese and cook for a final 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.

My tips.

Slice the potatoes thinly so they cook through under the chicken. Save a spoonful of the marinade to brush over the fillets halfway for a deeper glaze.

Yes, up to a day in the fridge, the flavour only improves.

Can I use chicken thighs?
Yes, boneless thighs stay even juicier, add a few minutes to the cooking time.

Is it a full meal?
Yes, protein, potatoes and cheese in one dish, just add a fresh salad if you like.
