Honey Mustard Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is browned, coated with soy, French mustard, honey, garlic and smoked paprika, then finished in the air fryer until juicy. The glossy glaze balances savoury, sweet and smoky flavours while keeping the preparation simple enough for a weeknight.
What you'll need.
- 600 g pork tenderloin, silver skin removed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
How to make it.
- Remove the silver skin from the pork, season with salt and pepper, and rub with oil.
- Brown the tenderloin on all sides in a hot pan.
- Mix the soy sauce, mustard, garlic, honey and smoked paprika.
- Brush the sauce over the browned pork and place it in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, turn, and cook for 10 minutes more before resting and slicing.
My tips.
Rest the pork for at least 5 minutes so the juices stay inside when sliced. For a sharper glaze, use whole-grain mustard instead of smooth mustard.
Good to know.
Can I glaze the pork ahead?
Yes. Coat it and refrigerate for several hours before cooking.
Can I cook two smaller tenderloins?
Yes. Begin checking them earlier because smaller pieces cook faster.
What should I serve with it?
Roasted vegetables, potatoes or a crisp cabbage salad work well.
