Cheesy Yogurt Air Fryer Chicken Rolls

Thin chicken breast cutlets are coated with Greek yogurt, mustard, soy, cumin and paprika, then rolled around Cheddar, Gouda, dill and garlic. Sesame seeds add a nutty crust while the air fryer keeps the filling molten and the chicken juicy. Serve it warm.
What you'll need.
- 2 large chicken breasts
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 80 g Cheddar, grated
- 80 g Gouda, grated
- 2 tbsp dill, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
How to make it.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and pound them to an even thickness.
- Mix the yogurt, mustard, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper and spread most of it over the chicken.
- Combine the Cheddar, Gouda, dill, garlic and remaining yogurt mixture.
- Divide the filling over the cutlets, roll tightly, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, until cooked through and golden.
My tips.
Place the rolls seam-side down so they hold their shape while cooking. Secure loose rolls with toothpicks and remove them before serving.
Good to know.
Can I assemble the rolls ahead?
Yes. Refrigerate them for several hours before cooking.
Can I use one type of cheese?
Yes. Either Cheddar or Gouda works on its own.
What should I serve with them?
A green salad, rice or roasted vegetables are all suitable.
